Le Petit Prince is our favorite beer we make at Jester King, and the truest to our core philosophy of brewing. We sought to make a low-alcohol beer that's dry, drinkable, refreshing, crisp, hoppy, with a little bit of beguiling yeast character that only wild fermentation with native yeast can create. The recipe is well water from the Trinity Aquifer, Texas-grown malted barley and wheat, a blend of organic Perle and Fuggle hops, and natural fermentation with native yeast.
