Aroma: Juicy Tropical Aromas of Mango and Passion Fruit.
Taste: Intense Upfront Fruit Juice Flavours Lead to a Rounded Gentle Finish

The concept was to create punchy, tropical beer. Rammed with juicy malts and huge aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of Amerina hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you smell it from miles away!

We’ve come a long long way together.

If there is one beer that we think of when our minds drift to what Pressure Drop means, it is Pale Fire. Brewed every week since our earliest days, it is our shining, hazy gold, North Star of a beer.

Pale Fire is the definition of the Pressure Drop mantra - “We brew what we would like to drink”. Sessionable, with tropical aromas from the Mosaic and Amarillo hops, it is a juicy pale with a balanced bitter finish.

When we first began experimenting with canning here at Pressure Drop, the end goal was always going to be Pale Fire in cans. Spending time with pals, opening a six pack of fresh and crisp Pale Fire, enjoying its easy drinking ways. That has been the dream, now it is the reality.

This thirst-quenching pale ale is inspired by brisk walks along the beach past the iconic Old Neptune (featured), and is crafted using aromatic Challenger and Styrian Goldings hops, delivering a fruity, refreshing taste

A classic, American style pale ale.

Our Pride & Joy is pale, crisp, very hoppy and aromatic. Robust hop flavours are layered over a balanced malty backbone. Initially soft to the palate, Pride & Joy builds to a generous, but clean bitterness. Flavours and aromas of mango, citrus, earthy pine, tropical fruit and blueberry.

Brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Ekuanot. It's got zips of citrus zest with a soft piney bitterness.
