The Winemakers' Blend is the celebration of our three winemakers coming together to craft an expressive blend of smooth, silky, dark red fruit. It's approachable and elegant - a versatile wine that you can enjoy on its own, slightly chilled or at room temperature. Pairs perfectly with dishes such as shakshuka, salmon, omelettes, burgers, a charcuterie board or baked tofu. A great wine for any occasion, from everyday get-togethers to celebratory dinners.

On the nose the wine is rich in notes of red fruit, cherry, strawberry, plum, blueberry, as well as soft toasted notes that give the wine depth and complexity. On the palate we find a perfumed wine; smooth, fresh and full of vivid red fruit flavours, with a long finish of toasted notes

The Côtes Catalanes Côté Sud offers pure, lively notes of blackberries, currants, garrigue, pepper and assorted spices to go with a medium to full-bodied, layered palate feel.

Petit Fantet speaks of the scorched heat of this part of the Languedoc; as you’d expect, the final level of alcohol is high, but there is freshness and acidity to provide balance. An organic wine with lots of dark kirsch and raspberry fruit, with a waft of wild herbs, earth and dense, compact tannins. A great wine for with rustic cuisine - sausages, lentils, mature cheeses and deep, dark, black olive-flecked stews. The kind of fuller-bodied red that keeps everyone around the table happy.

This is Viña Errázuriz’s flagship wine, named in honor of Don Maximiano Errázuriz, who created the winery in 1870 in the heart of the Aconcagua Valley.

Very intense ruby red, almost purple. Enormously inviting, excellently perfumed nose of cassis and blackberries, combined with chocolate soufflée and mocha, also a hint of eucalyptus. Voluminous on the palate, of concentrated, blackberry fruit, now also blueberries and dried figs, some cedar wood; the pleasant acidity gives in freshness and balances the structure well, great fruit pressure to the enormously long finale, characterised by a lot of elegance

Christophe Mestre is the fourth generation running this traditional Chateauneuf-du-Pape domaine which is situated in the town itself. It's a classic southern Rhône blend of 60% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault, with the rest being made up of some of the other 13 permitted varieties for the appellation. Aged in large oak foudres for 18 months it has the good firm structure and the power you'd expected of a wine from here. There's a nose of blackberries, cassis and a touch of liquorice while on the palate the red fruits from the Grenache balance with spice, cedar and pepper. Full bodied, soft but with a spicy kick, and a good lengthy finish.
