Since 1968, the House has been constantly developing the qualities of Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier through the know-how and wide experience of its Cellar Masters. The entire range of techniques, the maceration process, vinification and blending have been deployed to extract the colour and obtain the best just-picked berry-fruit aromas at every step. This is what guarantees the freshness and liveliness of the wine. After all, Laurent-Perrier N/A be credited with boldly developing a non-vintage Cuvée Rosé, and, as a result, it has to be perfect - every time. After bottling, it takes a minimum of four years to coax the 75cl bottles of Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier to perfection, and an additional two years for magnums.

The Taittinger Brut Vintage comprises only wines from the first press with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. A 5-year long ageing period in the cellars unlocks its full potential.

A vivacious, fresh nose offers aromas of hawthorn, grapefruit and pear. The palate is crisp and wonderfully precise. Marked by citrus fruit, it offers an excellent balance of structure and finesse. The complex finish is elegant and long.

Perfect with canapés: smoked salmon, pâté or even a hard cheese such as Gruyère.

This signature cuvée of the House is a round and vibrant non-vintage Cuvée Brut, recalling the rich variety of its blend of 100 crus from across the patchwork of Champagne vineyards, located throughout Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Aube and Vallée de la Marne.

The resulting wine is pale golden in colour. On the nose, there are intense notes of almonds and fresh hazelnuts, with flavours of fresh pear and apple with a delicate hint of citrus. It is lively and light with added depth from the Pinot Noir, creating beautiful balance.

This is the non-vintage rosé champagne from the House of Champagne Bollinger.

The creation of this non-vintage rosé has been long in the making and a dream for Bollinger for over six years. In the meticulous House style, Bollinger Rosé is modelled on the Special Cuvée blend, combining the fruits of previous harvests plus the addition of reserve wines from their cellars in Aÿ. The final component, which provides colour and delicate aromas of ripe red fruits, is 5% still red wine coming exclusively from Bollinger's Grand Cru Vineyards in the Côte d'Aÿ and Verzenay.

Tasting Notes - A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the addition of red wine; flavours of wild berried and bubbles like velvet

History - The Bollinger House also makes magnificent red wines, such as the legendary Côte aux Enfants, in Aÿ. Since Bollinger Rosé was created in 2008, the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots, in Verzenay, are worked in the same style as the Côte aux Enfants plot to complete the production... Because only great wines make great champagnes.
