Pinot Noir grapes from Oltrepò Pavese are hand-picked and gently-pressed to make this peach-coloured rosé. The wine has notes of mixed red berries, floral hints and white peach aromas. The hand painted bottles are not only eyecatching but reflect the quality and care put into producing this wine.

Brewed with great care using only organic malted barley, organic hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.
The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve this lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

A memorable and deceptively easy-drinking IPA. This is an authentic recreation of the beer style created for, and enjoyed throughout, the Empire. Goldings, Fuggles and American Cascade hops combine to give a crisp, citrus hop aroma, with a balanced, bittersweet finish.

This classic red wine varietal is well known for its rich personality and taste. Barefoot Merlot is the perfect combo of cherry, boysenberry, plum, and chocolate. A mocha finish is complemented by hints of smoky vanilla oak. Raised right, it’s well rounded with mild tannins.

Spirits distilled from sugar cane are often aged in casks to impart flavour into the wood in preparation for the final stages of single malt maturation. After initial use, this spirit is often sold on or even disposed of. An undiscovered treasure which has now been re-purposed to form the base of Discarded's next fruity-forward spirit. The additional flavour profile comes from an unlikely source, Banana Peel. As an extract, Banana Peel provide a fresh toffee note with a fruity balance that perfectly complements the complexity of the base spirit.

This beautiful blushing rosé wine is a delightful pairing for a wide range of delicious ingredients and dishes, and we had a whole lot of fun trying it out with some of our favourite things to eat. It’s delightfully pale and reminiscent of a great Provence rosé, and pairs gorgeously with shellfish - especially mussels - anything with cherry tomatoes and chillies, vegetable terrines, classic tapas dishes like croquetas, and seared tuna with salsa verde. However, as with all great Spanish rosé wines, the options are almost endless thanks to its remarkable freshness and versatility.
