£7.14At Grom, we aspire to recreate the authenticity of Italian gelato. All of our products are crafted in Italy with ingredients of natural origin without the use of colourings, flavourings or artificial emulsifiers.
Vanilla is a classic flavour in ice cream and gelato, with its creation stemming back as far as the 1780s. We wanted our vanilla gelato to stand out with its indulgent texture and taste. That's why it is made with vanilla from Madagascar, fresh whole milk, eggs and white cane sugar. We rely on our quality ingredients to give you the best gelato. Using only the finest milk from cows raised in Piedmont, we make sure to gently treat our ingredients and churn our gelato to retain its rich taste. Our creamy whole milk is infused with vanilla beans to ensure that the most aromatic and natural flavours of the vanilla run throughout.
As well as being delicious, our vanilla gelato ice cream is also gluten-free. Why not try our other indulgent Italian gelato flavours such as Cioccolato, Pistacchio, or Caffe gelato?

Create an account on the Gopuff app or online, add everything you need to your cart & checkout. We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Venmo. It's that simple. Your order will be at your door in less time than it takes to finish the next episode of whatever you’re binging.
How much does Gopuff cost?
Our delivery fee is only 2.49 every time, and we never surge or hike prices. (Yes, you read that right.)
An additional fee up to £2 will be added to all orders containing alcohol; this fee covers costs incurred to ensure compliant delivery of alcohol products and ID verification.
What is the Gopuff minimum?
All orders must be at least £0.10 for Gopuff delivery. Check the app or order page & enter your address to confirm your area’s minimum.
Can you pay Gopuff with cash?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting cash in order to offer contactless delivery. Visit our COVID-19 resources page for info and updates.
Where does Gopuff deliver?
We currently operate 500+ micro-fulfillment centers and deliver in 1,000 cities, and we’re growing every month.

How late is Gopuff open?
As late as you’re up. We operate 24/7 in many markets, and are open late everywhere else. Type your address into our homepage or in the app to see how late we’re open in your area.

Does Gopuff deliver alcohol?
For customers ages 18 and up, Gopuff offers delivery of alcoholic beverages like craft beer, hard seltzer, liquor and a variety of wines in most, but not all cities. Check the app or order page and enter your address to confirm.
Customers ordering alcoholic beverages must provide a valid ID at time of delivery. While we have removed signature requirements as part of our COVID-19 response, contactless delivery is not available for orders containing alcoholic beverages. We recently implemented a procedure to check and scan IDs from a distance.

What are Puff Points and how can I earn them?
With Gopuff’s reward program, Puff Points, customers earn points with each purchase. Earn enough and you’ll unlock Rewards that can be redeemed for use on your next order. To check your Puff Points balance, visit your account page on our site or in the app.
My order was canceled but I still see a charge on my credit card statement. What gives, Gopuff?
Orders processed with a credit card will be posted within 3 to 5 business days, so you should expect a full refund by that time.

Drivers that choose to partner with us receive a fee for each delivery, plus 100% of all customer tips. Drivers may also receive bonuses and other incentives on occasion. Specific fees and other opportunities can vary by location.
