Wholegood organic rhubarb comes from certified farms in the Fenlands. Their attention grabbing red-pink colour shades draw attention every time. Our rhubarb have healthy, fleshy stalks with a complex sweet-tart flavour – popularly cooked with sugar for dessert preparations. Wholegood sources organic produce from small and medium sized farms that care about the soil they grow in as much as the flavour it produces. It's not aesthetically perfect, exteriors can sometimes be blemished and shaped a bit wonky, but this does not compromise flavour or quality.
