Description
Allow beef to come to room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Remove all packaging. Add a little oil to the pan on a high heat and fry one side for 3-4 minutes. Turn the steak over, place the peppercorn butter on top and fry the uncooked side for 3-4 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 mintues and serve. These cooking instructions are a guideline onlt. This product must be cooked thoroughly. DO NOT REHEAT. Handling Instructions: Use seperate utensiles and surfaces for raw & Cooked meat or wash thoroughly after use. Always wash your hands after handling raw meat.
For use by date, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C - 3°C. Suitable for at home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 30 days of freeze date. Defrost product thoroughly in a fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Packed in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
