Pan Fry: Preheat pan with a tablespoon of oil and place the steak in the pan for 4-5 minutes, then turn and place the peppercorn butter on top of the steak and cook for a further 4-5 minutes. Allow meat to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. DO NOT REHEAT. Handling Information: Use seperate cooking utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked meat or wash thoroughly after use.
