1Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Take the garlic bread out of the freezer, if it's frozen.
2Cook the meatballs: Heat a dash of your preferred oil in a large ovenproof frying pan over a medium heat. Add the meatballs and fry for 5-7 minutes until browned.
3Add the paprika and dried oregano, stir to combine and fry for a minute.
4Add the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Add the spinach and a couple of tablespoons of water, mix well and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
5Assemble the bake: Slice the garlic baguette. Grate the cheddar. Scatter some of the cheddar on top of the meatballs. Place the garlic bread on top of the meatballs, sprinkle the rest of the cheddar on top. (you might need to cut some of the garlic bread to fit the pan).
6Place in the oven and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until the garlic bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Then serve it up and enjoy.
