PRAWN TOMATO PASTA
Tomatoey, spicy prawn pasta using the EPIC mafalde! So juicy, so yummy and always such a winner.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
• 3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
• 1 Tin Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 Small glass of rose or white wine
• 165g Pack Raw King Prawns
• 3 Large shell on Prawns (optional)
• 2 Tbsp Parsley
• 200g Mafalde pasta (or Linguine)
STEPS

Bring a large pan of salt water to a boil and cook your pasta according to instructions.

Heat a large glug of olive oil in a frying pan and gently cook your garlic and chilli for 2 mins, then add your tomatoes and simmer for 6 mins.

Next add your wine and cook for another 2 minutes, then your parsley and prawns and cook for a few mins til pink.

Add your pasta to the sauce with a bit of cooking water and stir well then plate up.
