NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO, AS OF THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO PURCHASE OR RECEIVE ALCOHOL PRODUCTS). ELIGIBILITY.
The Prize Wheel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who at the time of entry are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older (ii) a resident of the United States. Void in Puerto Rico and all jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD.
Sweepstakes registration for daily wheel is scheduled to begin at 12:00:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 09/05/2023 and end at 11:59:59pm ET on 10/01/2023 (the “Registration Period”).
DAILY WHEEL HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry: During the Registration Period, log into your Gopuff account either on the Gopuff app or Gopuff.com and navigate to the Rewards section of your registered profile and find the digital ‘Spin the Prize Wheel’ game to participate. For a chance to earn one (1) of the prizes listed below, click to spin the digital prize wheel. If your eligible spin lands on the corresponding space, you will automatically win the stated prize. You may spin the digital prize wheel with no purchase required up to once per day during the Registration Period. If you do not have the Gopuff application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The Gopuff application is free, and Gopuff’s Terms of Use apply. For details, visit www.Gopuff.com. Each entrant must be logged in with their current Gopuff account with all required entrant information (including your first and last name, valid email address, complete address and phone number, including area code) in order to receive a chance to spin the prize wheel. NOTE: There is a maximum of one chance per person or per valid registered Gopuff account to spin the prize wheel for the opportunity to receive one (1) prize per day, except as noted below for Bonus Prize Wheel spins.
- • Bonus Prize Wheel Spins – Three Ways: In order for the opportunity to receive bonus prize wheel spins, you must be logged into your registered Gopuff account. All bonus prize wheel spins and subsequent entries into the Sweepstakes must be completed and received by 11:59:59pm ET on 10/01/2023 to be eligible. There are three (3) ways to earn bonus prize wheel spins:
- • 7-Day Streak: No purchase required. Open the Gopuff app with your registered account seven (7) consecutive days during the Registration Period to receive one (1) bonus prize wheel spin, for the opportunity to earn one (1) additional bonus entry per requirements outlined above.
- • Complete Three (3) Orders: Purchase required, excluding alcohol and tobacco products. Complete three (3) eligible orders using your registered Gopuff account during the Registration Period to receive one (1) bonus prize wheel spin, for the opportunity to earn one (1) additional bonus entry per requirements outlined above. For orders to be eligible, they must be paid by processing an approved payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Only the first three (3) combined eligible purchases will receive a bonus spin. Any subsequent purchases during the Registration Period shall not receive a bonus spin.
- • Join Fam Paid Subscription Service: Purchase required, new subscriptions only. Join the Gopuff Fam paid subscription service with either a monthly or yearly subscription during the Registration Period as a new Fam Paid Subscription Service member and receive one (1) bonus prize wheel spin, for the opportunity to earn one (1) additional bonus entry per requirements outlined above.

• Enter By Mail without a Purchase: To enter by mail (no purchase required), you must legibly hand-print on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper your first and last name, complete address (including city, state and zip), valid email address, age, and phone number (including area code). Mail completed 3” x 5” card or piece of paper in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: FAM Exclusive Sweepstakes, 537 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. NOTE: there is a limit to one entry per outer mailing envelope. You may submit up to a maximum of one (1) mail-in entry per day during the Registration Period. Any additional entries received on the same postmark date from the same individual that exceed a limit of one (1) mail-in entry per day, shall be disqualified. Mailing envelopes received with more than one entry inside will be disqualified and none of the entries in the envelope will be included in any prize drawings. Information on all entries must be hand-printed. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/02/2023, and received by 10/09/2023 to be eligible.
Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning. By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events, future contests, promotions, offers, or general marketing communications. Contestants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying STOP to any text message or following the provided opt-out instructions.
Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf from a registered and current Gopuff account. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s Gopuff account, email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email address, mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
By registering to enter Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Sweepstakes.
PRIZES.
There will be one daily wheel with different types of prizes. The description and dates are described below. The aggregate value of all prizes awarded is less than $5,000.
Each entrant will win one of the prizes listed below. The spin wheel will be divided into sections. Each of the below prizes will be allocated to a separate section. Whichever section the entrant’s spin lands on, corresponds to the prize they will be awarded.
If the entrant lands on one of the “Puff Points” sections, their account will be credited with the corresponding number of “Puff Points.” The “Puff Points” will be awarded immediately. Puff Points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
If the entrant lands on a “Product” section, they will receive that product as a reward. The customer will be awarded the product and may add it to their basket after they win or from the product detail page. Product rewards are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
If the entrant lands on a “Discount” section, they will receive a discount off a select collection as a reward. The customer will be awarded the discount and proceed to shop after they win. Discount rewards are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value
Sponsor has no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated prizes, or any other occurrences beyond its control. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the rescheduling, cancellation, or delay of any prize events. Sponsor has no responsibility for a Winner’s inability or failure to accept or use any part of the prize as described herein. If the Winner is unable to use the prize during the specified time period, the Winner forfeits the prize in its entirety and if time permits, Sponsor will select a substitute Winner at random from among all remaining eligible entries. If a Winner is disqualified and there is no time reasonably to select a substitute Winner, Sponsor reserves the right not to select a substitute Winner and to retain the related prize package. In case of prize forfeiture, no further compensation is due to Winner from Sponsor.
The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prizes are subject to availability and if the prize or component of the prize package cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize (or any prize component) with one of comparable or greater retail value.
Appearance of the wheel does not indicate the odds of winning.

SPONSOR’S RIGHT TO USE WINNER’S NAME, LIKENESS, VOICE, STATEMENTS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize in the Sweepstakes, each winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates, successors and assigns, and others that Sponsor may designate from time to time, the unconditional right, license and permission to use, publish, and broadcast winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information worldwide, in any manner of media whatsoever now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, on a royalty-free basis, without further compensation or approval, to administer and promote the Sweepstakes and for any other commercial, promotional, advertising, publicity, trade, or other lawful purpose. Each winner agrees to promptly execute and return to Sponsor any confirmation, license, verification or other document or instrument Sponsor requests to confirm, further formalize or perfect the rights granted in this paragraph, or any other rights or interests of Sponsor under these Official Rules.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OF RELEASED PARTIES.
The Released Parties assume no liability and are not responsible for, and by entering the Sweepstakes you hereby waive and release the Sweepstakes Parties, and each of its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively with Sweepstakes Parties, the “Released Parties”), from, any and all actions, claims, damages, losses or injuries of any kind (collectively, “Claims”) arising in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, Claims relating to: (i) the malfunction of any computer, telephone, network, satellite, hardware, software or communications line; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) incorrect, delayed or inaccurate transmissions, winner notifications, prize claims or other information or communications relating to the Sweepstakes, or the failure to capture or transmit any such information; (iv) damage to any person’s computer or mobile device; or (v) any errors in these Official Rules, winner notifications, or other announcements or communications relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any ambiguity or error(s) in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or modify these Official Rules however it deems appropriate to correct any such ambiguity or error(s). If due to an error or for any other reason, more legitimate prize claims are received than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL OTHER REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or any Released Parties.
SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.
Without limitation to Sponsor’s rights to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes or any affected Sweepstakes drawing. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained through legitimate channels in accordance with these Official Rules, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, illegible, reproduced, tampered with or otherwise irregular, (c) obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors.
GOVERNING LAW
THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE IN PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA.
PRIVACY.
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees (i) for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (ii) as described in these Official Rules, and (iii) as set forth in Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://legal.gopuff.com/policies/en.
WINNERS LIST.
For the names of the Winners, please send a self-addressed, postage-stamped envelope to 537 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123, Attn: Gopuff Wheel Sweepstakes. Requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
NO WAIVER/SEVERABILITY/RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE SWEEPSTAKES.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Sweepstakes and update these Official Rules at any time.
