INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
• 300g Pasta
• Meatballs of choice
• 300ml Passata
• 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
• 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
• Chilli Flakes
• Onion Granules
• Mixed Herbs
• Paprika
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 tsp Ketchup
• 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
• 700ml Boiling Water
• Handful Spinach
• 1 Mozzarella Ball
• Handful Grated Cheddar
STEPS
1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2
Add pasta, passata, garlic, tomato puree, herbs & spices, ketchup & cream cheese into a baking dish. Cover with boiling water & mix thoroughly.
3
Cover with foil & pop into the oven for 15 minutes. Add in your meatballs, stir & then pop back into the oven for a further 15 minutes.
4
Stir again & add your spinach. Your pasta should be cooked by now! Recover with foil. Pop into the oven for 2 more minutes to allow the spinach to wilt.
5
Remove foil completely & top with your cheese! Bake it for a further 10 minutes and then pop it under the grill for 3 minutes or until your cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
6
Serve & enjoy! Literally the PERFECT, easy meal prep option with pretty much zero washing up. Perfecto.
