INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
• 400g Diced Chicken Breast
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Garlic clove
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1 tsp Dried Paprika
• 280g Dried Fusilli
• 1 Chicken stock cube with 650ml water
• 50g Cream cheese
• 50g Parmesan
• 100g spinach
STEPS

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over a medium heat. When it's hot, carefully add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes until all sides are starting to colour.

Add the garlic, sun dried tomatoes, oregano and paprika. Stir for 3-5 minutes until all cooked through and the chicken is covered

Add the pasta and stock and stir thoroughly, put the lid on and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
