Milam & Greene creates whiskey with the end result in mind; to delight and engage the whiskey consumer. To achieve this, Milam and Greene openly embraces a multitude of whiskey-making methods to ensure consistency, quality, and refinement. Milam & Greene is created by some of the world’s most experienced whiskey veterans, including whiskey expert and author Heather Greene and 30-Year Kentucky distilling veteran Marlene Holmes. We distil on pot stills in Texas AND on continuous column stills in Kentucky. Different stills create different flavors, even when we use our own proprietary yeast and grain recipes with our experienced people.
