Gopuff Referral Program
Program Overview
These Gopuff UK Referral Program Rules (“Program Rules”) govern participation in Gopuff’s UK referral scheme. They supplement Gopuff’s general Terms & Conditions (UK) and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
Under this program, “Referrers” (you) can share a referral link or code, and new customers (“Referees”) who sign up via that link or code and place a qualifying first order will generate reward credit(s) to both you and them.
Eligibility & Basic Conditions
To become a Referrer, you must already have placed and successfully received at least one order with Gopuff UK
The Person you refer (Referee) must be a new Gopuff customer (i.e. not already registered) and use your referral link or code to sign up, then place their first order.
The first order by the Referee must meet certain minimum basket value and exclude restricted items (e.g. alcohol, tobacco products, baby formula) for the referral to count.
No other discount or promotional code may be applied to that order (i.e., the referral discount must be the sole discount).
Referrals and rewards are only valid in areas where Gopuff UK operates.
Referral Rewards & Timing
When a Referee successfully completes their first valid order under the referral conditions, the Referrer will receive a £10 credit in their Gopuff UK account.
The Referee may also receive £10 off their first order (as a welcome discount) if the conditions are met.
The credit for the Referrer should be granted (sent via SMS or added to account) within 24 hours of the successful order.
The referral credit must be applied within its expiry period as defined by Gopuff UK (i.e. if it is unused after the expiry, it will lapse).
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
You may not “spam” or mass message people you do not know with your referral link.
You may not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or dialers to distribute your referral link.
You must not misrepresent your relationship with Gopuff or make false claims about the referral benefits.
You cannot use your referral code on your own new accounts (self-referral).
Only one referral code or promotion may be applied per order
Referral codes must not be sold, traded, or bartered; they must be offered free for promotional use only.
Gopuff UK reserves the right to withhold or revoke credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Program Rules.
How to Use / Redeem Codes & Promos
To redeem a promo or referral code, use the “Add promo or code” box on the My Bag page in the app or website.
Only one manually entered promo (referral / welcome) may be used per order
Gopuff may automatically apply the best eligible promo/discount among those available.
If your referral credit isn’t showing, check whether your referee’s order has met the required conditions (basket size, excluded items, no other promos), and allow up to 24 hours after their order.
Modifications, Termination & Dispute Resolution
Gopuff UK retains the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral program or these rules at any time, in its sole discretion.
In case of disputes (e.g. multiple claims to referral credit), Gopuff UK may decide based on internal systems which claim is valid.
Gopuff UK may withhold credits if it believes they were obtained via error, fraud, or violation of these rules.
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
