A deep amber whiskey with a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Sweet to the taste; notes of brown sugar & spice give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit & anise. Finishing long & smooth with serious depth, Buffalo Trace bourbon is perfect in an Old Fashioned. Take a rocks glass with ice & add the following. 50ml Buffalo Trace. 10ml Sugar Syrup. Dash of Peychaud's bitters. Take orange peel & squeeze above glass then add to the glass. Stir for 20 seconds & enjoy.
