Wholegood Organic Fennel, 350g

Wholegood organic fennel is selected carefully for crisp texture and full-bodied sweetness. Organic growing yields a variety of sizes, but they will always present a robust edible bulb and healthy feathery leaves with a dill like appearance and flavour. Packs will usually contain a single fennel; maybe more if they’re smaller, but they will always have a minimum weight per pack of 350g. Wholegood sources organic produce from small and medium sized farms that care about the soil they grow in as much as the flavour it produces. It's not aesthetically perfect, exteriors can sometimes be blemished and shaped a bit wonky, but this does not compromise flavour or quality.
