1 Cucumber thinly sliced1 Clove of Garlic, grated1 Tsp Chilli Oil1 Tsp Sesame oil1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds1 Tsp Honey25g Fresh Coriander, finely chopped2 Portions of Marinated Wild Miso Black Cod approx 140g each. Tip: If using frozen fish, make sure to defrost overnight in the fridge.
1Preheat grill fan oven to high.
2Combine cucumber, garlic, oils, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, honey and coriander in a bowl. Set aside.
3Place defrosted cod on a foil-lined baking tray.
4Grill for 6-8 minutes on the upper shelf of the oven, until slightly charred and golden.
5Serve the cod with cucumber salad and steamed rice for a deliciously balanced meal.
6Serve with your favourite rice, Asian greens and some sake, Enjoy.
