By participating in Gopuff's offer for new customers to get £15 off a minimum order of £30 when you checkout using PayPal (the "Offer"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
1. Offer Period: the Offer starts at 00:01 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") on 7 December 2022 and ends on 28 February 2023 or until the Cap (defined below) has been reached, whichever happens first.
2. Eligibility: To be an eligible participant must: (1) be eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) be a resident in the UK; (3) have a personal PayPal account in good standing (a "Valid Account") during the Offer Period; (4) be a new Gopuff customer and use GoPuff for the first time; (5) receive an authorised invitation or see a banner or advertisement inviting participation in the offer (the "Invitation"). The Offer is limited to the first 6,000 (six thousand) participants who successfully claim the Offer on a first come, first-served basis (the "Cap").
3. How it works: During the Offer Period, Eligible Participants must:
(i). connect your PayPal account to the GoPuff app or website (https://www.gopuff.com/gb/) (the "GoPuff site") and select PayPal as your payment method first (you may be required to sign into your Valid Account);
(ii). make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) on the Gopuff site;
(iii). enter the code 'PAYPAL45' ( the "Discount Code") at checkout and the Discount will be applied immediately; and
(iv). use the Discount Code up to a maximum of 3 (three) times, the discount will automatically apply on your next 2 (two) qualifying orders without having to re-enter the Discount Code.
4. Eligible Purchase: An "Eligible Purchase" means a minimum purchase of £30 GBP (thirty pounds) or more, excluding delivery or order fees, made in GBP using a Valid Account during the Offer Period. The Eligible Participant must make at least 1 (one) Eligible Purchase to qualify for this Offer. During the Offer Period, Eligible Participants can use the Discount on up to 3 (three) separate Eligible Purchase. The total potential discount available under this Offer is £45 GBP (forty five pounds).
5. Discount: the "Discount" means a reduction of £15 GBP (fifteen pounds) off an Eligible Purchase.
6. Miscellaneous: The Discount is only applied when PayPal is selected as a payment method on the GoPuff Site Payments page (link here) before entering the Discount Code. Only one offer per Valid Account. GoPuff reserves the right to limit, cancel, suspend or modify this Offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion.
7. Restrictions and exclusions: Geographical restrictions apply. The Offer cannot be used to purchase:(i) tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes or vaping accessories and baby formula anywhere in the UK; or (ii) alcohol in Wales. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer coupon, coupon, discount code or credit
8. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by England and Wales law. The courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions
