Wholegood Organic Turmeric, 90g

Wholegood organic turmeric is firm, fresh and moist. With sharp, citrusy notes and a fiery pepper and earthy flavour, the plump knobs yield a deep golden-orange stain when cut and are almost fibre free. With recognised anti-inflammatory benefits, this root spice has both culinary and medicinal use. Wholegood sources organic produce from small and medium sized farms that care about the soil they grow in as much as the flavour it produces. It's not aesthetically perfect, exteriors can sometimes be blemished and shaped a bit wonky, but this does not compromise flavour or quality.
