Who invented candy?
We’re not sure who first created candy, but we owe them a debt of gratitude; otherwise, we’d be stuck eating pretzels as a treat. That would be no fun. Around the same time, the Greeks used honey to make candied nuts and fruit, while the Romans and Chinese made sweet treats by mixing barley sugar with honey and cooking the mixture in ovens.
