A good sticky toffee pudding makes us happy. We’ve taken all the elements of a great pub classic and made it even better with treacly dates and possibly the best butterscotch sauce you’ve ever tasted. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 35-40 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 1.5 - 2 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
