Potato dauphinoise can be hard to perfect. Luckily we’ve done the legwork for you. Our finely sliced potato gratin is baked in a creamy sauce of garlic, black pepper and very good cream. Topped with all the cheese for the perfect side dish. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook 40 - 45 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. MICROWAVE: Not suitable for a microwave, oven cook from frozen.
