HG Walter Lamb Burger with Chilli & Coriander, 2 x 160g

Made from free-range British lamb, these burgers are seasoned with chilli and coriander, bringing gentle warmth and fresh, aromatic flavour to the richness of the lamb. Our lamb comes from Suffolk–Texel cross flocks reared around Launceston in Cornwall, producing naturally sweet, well-flavoured meat that works particularly well with bold seasonings. Cook over a high heat on the barbecue, under the grill or in a frying pan until well coloured on the outside. Serve in a bun with yoghurt, pickles and fresh herbs, or alongside salads and flatbreads.
