Made from the pork of the famed black pigs of Calabria, reared in the Pollino mountains under strict animal welfare standards, along with locally sourced fennel seeds and chillies to add just the right amount of heat. The taste is enhanced by the addition of white wine, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and onions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
