300g Chicken Breast, sliced100g Flour1Tsp Salt1Tsp Garlic Granules1Tsp Cajun Seasoning2 Eggs, whisked
150g Cornflakes, crushed200g Oven ChipsChicken Gravy granulesColeslaw1 Tin Baked Beans2 Corn on the Cob

In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic granules, salt, and Cajun seasoning. Take your chicken, one by 1 and roll in the flour mixture, covering thoroughly.

Roll the flour covered chicken in the whisked eggs, and then the cornflakes, making sure that cornflakes cover all the chicken for extra crispiness

Transfer the chicken to the air fryer, cooking for 20 minutes. Halfway through, add the chips.

Meanwhile, cook the gravy, beans, and corn according to packet instructions, and serve up the coleslaw.

Once the chicken and chips have cooked, transfer to your fakeaway platter and dig in 😋
