1In a pan, add a little oil, Thai red curry paste, garlic, soy sauce, light brown sugar & stir on medium heat for a minute.
2Add the instant noodles, seasoning, stock, water, peanut butter and frozen gyozas, gently stir & cover with the lid on.
3Simmer gently for 6 mins or till the noodles & gyozas are cooked.
4Pour into a bowl, garnish with spring onion and red chilli and enjoy.
