Gopuff steak salad with greens, raspberries, tomatoes, feta, and balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
1 (5 oz) Wild Harvest Grass Fed NY Strip or Sirloin Steak2-4 cups mixed salad greens1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1/2 cucumber, sliced1/3 cup fresh raspberries
2–3 tablespoons Boursin or crumbled goat cheese1 tablespoon olive oilSalt and pepper to tasteOptional: balsamic glaze or vinaigrette

Cook the steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak for about 4 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

Assemble the salad: On a large plate or in bowls, arrange mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and raspberries.

Add steak and cheese: Top with sliced steak and sprinkle with Boursin or goat cheese. Drizzle with olive oil or your favorite vinaigrette. Add a little balsamic glaze if you want more sweetness to match the raspberries.
