We take the sale and delivery of regulated products seriously. Gopuff requires anyone purchasing a regulated product to present a valid, government issued ID at the point of delivery. Delivery partners are trained to inspect each customer’s ID, confirming that the ID matches the customer, and then, scan the corresponding ID using a third-party ID scanning software. If the ID scan fails, the order will be cancelled. If the ID passes, the customer will be expected to certify that they are over the age of 21. Once they do, the delivery partner will provide customers with the regulated product.
